About Me

Beginning my yoga journey in the early 2000’s, it wasn’t until 2014 that I completed my 200 hour teacher training (through Tulaa Yoga Studio, Wilm. DE). A training that introduced me to a passion I never knew I had, Ayurveda, and the trajectory of my life was forever changed. Falling in love with Ayurveda's belief that we are all connected through the five elements yet each of us is a totally unique blend of those elements, I began my studies and have not looked back.

Completing my Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training in 2015, becoming an Ayurveda Health Counselor in 2018 and adding my 300 hour YTT in 2019 (all through the Himalayan Institute), my love and passion for both Yoga and Ayurveda have grown exponentially. Being a forever student, my continued studies have taken me through other trainings and certifications including Restorative Yoga, trauma informed yoga, chair and accessible yoga, and trainings in both Yoga and Ayurveda centered around women’s health. Recent certifications include Shirodhara, Pinda Sveda, external basti, and Marma Chikitsa therapies, all of which I currently offer in Wilmington, De.

My goal with Elemental Living is to share and spread this timeless wisdom of both sciences with as many people as I can. I hope to bring this knowledge in an easy and adaptable way so that people can move toward self-healing, caring, compassion, and love in their everyday lives.
