  • Accessible yoga
  • Yoga & Ayurveda for women’s health

One-on-one

Private Yoga Sessions

  • Are you looking for a more individualized experience on your mat or cushion?
  • Would you like to deepen or develop your asana or meditation practice in a more intimate setting?
  • Do you have a small group who would like to learn about yoga without going to a larger class?
  • Would you like to delve deeper into yogic philosophy or Ayurvedic studies?

Sessions can happen online over Zoom, or in person in the comfort of your home or at a local studio.
