When we live in accordance to Ayurveda, we live in harmony with nature, the elements, and the universe. We begin to shift and adjust our daily schedules, eating habits, lifestyles, and mind set based on the time of day, season, and/or stage of life. As we do this we begin to sense a connection to everything within and without us. A sense of being “tapped in”.
Working toward balance through Ayurveda we will notice changes in everything from complexion and digestion to stress levels, sleep issues, and mental fatigue. A feeling of freedom and peace can be felt as the inner guide that resides within each one of us begins to move us through our daily life.
