About
Maybe you've been doing and going for so long that real rest feels out of reach. Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation you practice lying down, warm and comfortable, while my voice leads you through the body and the breath. It is both a technique and a state: you stay awake and aware while drifting right to the edge of sleep. Many people find it helps release stagnant energy and supports their physical, mental, and emotional health, a gentle way to heal from within. All you need to do is get comfortable and listen.
Please bring whatever props you may have/need as I have a limited amount (blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc.).
